Shipping Policy

Standard Processing

Once an order is placed, it will be shipped out on the same day or the next business day according to your preferred shipping method.  Business days are Monday through Friday. Most orders will be delivered within 2 to 8 business days upon recieving the order with the exception of international orders, United States national and company holidays, natural disasters, or etc.

In the event that that a merchandise item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the expected ship date.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer free shipping to all U.S. destinations (except Hawaii and Alaska) for all orders that are $100 or more.

Shipping Method

We use both the United States Postal Services (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS) for most orders shipped to a domestic address.  Standard and Free (see above) shipping orders are shipped via Postal Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

For Standard international shipping, we use both UPS or FedEx International.  These orders may take 7 to 15 business days for delivery. International shipments may require you to fill out customs paperwork and to pay a tariff/tax to pick up your order.
