We will gladly exchange or issue a merchandise credit for any products within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.  Please contact us at orders@incaze.com.

Merchandise items returned must be unworn, in its original or unused condition, and accompanied with the original price tag.  Original or unused condition means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.

We will inspect your item upon receipt.  If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or merchandise credit, and we will return it to you at your expense.

All merchandise credit must be redeemed within 6 months from the issue date, and can only be used for online purchases.
